EGYPT IN TOTALITY

Alexandria • Western Desert • Kharga Oasis • Assiut • Minya • Cairo
11 nights. One country. Three landscapes. One extraordinary eclipse.
27 July – 7 August 2027
A journey through a very different Egypt.
From the Mediterranean atmosphere of Alexandria, we travel deep into the Western Desert and the ancient Kharga Oasis. Roman temples, forgotten archaeological sites, desert landscapes and encounters with local experts lead us towards Assiut, where we establish our base for the Total Solar Eclipse of 2 August 2027.
After the eclipse, the journey continues north along the Nile, with a visit to Tell el-Amarna, before ending in Cairo with the Great Pyramids, the Sphinx, the Grand Egyptian Museum and an evening beside the Nile.
This is not a conventional Egypt tour.
It is a journey through three very different landscapes — Mediterranean coast, Western Desert and Nile Valley — culminating in one of nature's most spectacular events.
